In order to provide a better understanding and knowledge about the information that the Company gathers from its Users, this Privacy Policy has been created and published.

Name; Company or firm name; Contact information (email address, phone number, mailing address); PAN, GST, CIN, LLPIN, or other business registration numbers; Bank account details (for payment processing); Authorised signatory and key managerial personnel details; KYC documents, licenses, and NOCs required under applicable waste management or environmental laws.

2.2 Transactional Information

Product listings, purchase orders, invoices, and dispatch records; Quality inspection reports and debit/credit notes; Payment histories and escrow transactions.

2.3 Usage and Technical Data

Browser type, IP address, operating system, device identifiers; Pages visited, features used, and duration of sessions; Referral sources and navigation paths. We derive an approximate region (city/state level) from your IP address for analytics; we do not determine your precise location.

2.4 Communication Data

Messages sent or received through the Platform; Customer support interactions.

2.5 Information Collected by Automated Means

The Platform may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar technologies to collect behavioural and technical data. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect certain features.

3. Purpose of Storage and Use of Information

We use your information for the following purposes: to provide and maintain the Platform and its services; to facilitate onboarding, KYC verification, and compliance checks; to process transactions including listing, ordering, dispatch, quality control, and payments; to enable communication between Users and with the Company; to provide customer support and resolve disputes; to detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and technical issues; to generate analytics and improve service performance; to enforce the Terms of Use; to comply with applicable laws, including GST, EPR, and waste management regulations; and to share data as described under the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.

4. Disclosure of Information

We may share your information with: other Users as part of the transaction workflow (for example, Buyer identity and GSTIN disclosed to the Seller upon Purchase Order placement); logistics and transport partners engaged for delivery; third-party service providers, including payment processors, verification agencies, and technology partners; professional advisors, auditors, and legal counsel; regulatory and governmental authorities, as required under applicable law; any entity involved in a merger, acquisition, or reorganisation of the Company; and any person with your consent or at your direction.

All such sharing shall be in accordance with the Terms of Use. Documents and information shared under Data Access, Sharing and Downloads provisions shall not constitute unauthorized disclosure.

5. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.

6. Children’s Information

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

7. Third-Party Sites

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third-party sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of every website you visit.

8. Breach of Policy

Any breach of this Privacy Policy, including unauthorized access, misuse or disclosure of information, may result in suspension or termination of your account and/or legal action as deemed appropriate by the Company.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by reason of any disclosure of personal information, if such disclosure (a) is in compliance with these Terms, (b) was effected through no fault, act, or omission of the Company, or (c) was required by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
